Suggested use:

Recommended daily intake: 7 g (up to the 8.5 ml mark on the enclosed measuring spoon). Weighing is recommended for accurate measurement. Mix the powder with 200 ml of any liquid – water, smoothie, juice or your favourite drink. Wait until the powder has completely dissolved and drink immediately. Drink before a meal.
